This is the Lifetime Warranty details for July & Co Pty Ltd (ACN: 627 373 111)

All July Carry-On cases come with a Lifetime Warranty on any and all defects around the following key areas:

Zippers and locks that no longer zip or lock
Any defects or breakages with the SilentMove wheels
All handles and telescopic handles that do not function as they’re supposed to
Any specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminium bumpers
Any nylon compression strap breakages

What this Lifetime Warranty does not cover is the following:

Cosmetic damage. Any bumps, scratches, scuffs or general wear and tear generated from using the case and have no impact on how the case is used or its functionality. It is your duty to look after your case!
Defects caused by improper use of the case
Any cases that were purchased second hand or without a proof of purchase directly from July
Battery replacement: the battery is covered by its own two year warranty from time of purchase

No matter where you are in the world, if your case has a defect and requires a fix or full replacement, July will aim to resolve the issue anywhere you are in the world. This means that if there is a breakage in Paris, we will ensure you have a solution at hand to move forward and continue your travels.

Shipping is free for all pickups or deliveries needed to get your case back to normal. If your case needs replacing, replacement luggage may be provided in a different colour from the luggage you originally purchased depending on stock availability and immediate need for replacement. For any limited edition stock, July guarantees only replacement of a product with equal retail value and does not guarantee exact replacement of the same limited edition stock item (as they would have likely sold out).
