Shipping is free across Australia. There is an additional shipping charge for any country outside of Australia.

Australian and New Zealand customers will receive their July case 3 - 5 business days after stock arrives in July’s distribution centre, and international customers 5-10 business days after that depending on where you live in the world.

We have designed this carry-on to be the perfect travel companion. Beautiful and unbreakable, we give you 100 days to try it for yourself. If you decide that this is not the case for you, you can send it back to us for free and we’ll reimburse you your money. Easy.

We design and build our cases at the highest manufacturing standard possible. Our guarantee means that for the lifetime of the case if something isn’t quite right we’re happy to repair or replace it anywhere you are in the world, at no cost to you.

The ejectable battery has a 2-year limited warranty.

You can return or exchange your case should it not be the right fit for you. Please email our customer happiness team and we’ll arrange the shipping labels for you.

Most luggage brands sell through retailers and distributors, adding on markup along the way and by the time it reaches you it’s almost triple the cost. We partnered with a best-in-class manufacturing facility and created our own wheels, casing and battery components to deliver the best result without compromise. July only sells direct, meaning we avoid all the markups of our competitors and get the best bag to you at a significantly lower price.

The ejectable battery has two USB and one USB-C ports that can charge your phone and your laptop simultaneously. It ejects from the case in order to be compliant with airline flight regulations and allows for easy transportation should you want to use it for anything else.

It complies with all regulations from individual airlines, and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Department of Infrastructure: Aviation (DOI).

Each July case also comes with its own charging cable.
